Shipping

We currently offer the following shipping options:

United States
Free standard shipping in all orders.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, except holidays
Estimated delivery time is within 3-7 days
Las Sureñas LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once shipped, as well as any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Weekend orders placed after 1pm EST, including the ones placed on Saturday – Sunday will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 48 hours

International shipping
Costs and times will vary depending on your shipping address. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment and tracking information as soon as your item has shipped. Las Surenas LLC is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Overnight shipping prices vary and are available upon request. 

Returns & Exchanges

Las Sureñas LLC gladly accepts returns.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days for a refund to your original payment method, or within 30 days for store credit or an exchange.

Conditions for Returns

1. Items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
2. Items must still have the original tags and packaging.

*Note: Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return for a refund within 15 days:

1. Visit the Return and Exchange Portal.
2. Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
3. Select the items you wish to return.
4. Choose a return reason and add a note if necessary.
5. Click Request Return.

For store credit requests after 15 days and up to 30 days from the purchase date, please contact us at orders@lassurenas.com so our team can assist you.

If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return label. After the product is received, we will process your refund or store credit, as applicable.

If you do not receive a response within 5 business days, please contact us at orders@lassurenas.com to request a follow-up on your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email if the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds to the original payment method are available for eligible returns requested within 15 days. After 15 days and up to 30 days, eligible returns may be processed for store credit only.

Please note that sale items can only be returned for store credit or exchanged; refunds to the original payment method are not available for these items.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at orders@lassurenas.com.

Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the total value of your purchase. These charges are not included in the checkout total and must be paid upon the shipment’s arrival in the destination country.

Las Sureñas LLC is NOT responsible for any duties or taxes.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
