SHIPPING

We currently offer the following shipping options:

United States
Free standard shipping in all orders.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, except holidays
Estimated delivery time is within 3-7 days
Las Sureñas LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once shipped, as well as any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Weekend orders placed after 1pm EST, including the ones placed on Saturday – Sunday will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 48 hours

International shipping  costs and times will vary depending on your shipping address. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment and tracking information as soon as your item has shipped. Las Surenas LLC is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Overnight shipping prices vary and are available upon request. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Las Sureñas LLC gladly accepts returns.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days for an exchange or a refund to your original form of payment.
You may return your item(s) for an exchange or full refund if they meet the following conditions:
1. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
2. Item(s) must still contain original tags and packaging

Please note, FINAL SALE items can't be returned but can be exchanged.

To start a return, log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

DUTIES & TAXES

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These are not added to your order total in the checkout and must be paid upon arrival of the shipment to the destination country. 

Las Sureñas LLC is NOT responsible for any duties and or taxes. 

This charge is determined by your local customs authority.
